nan farrar is an artist and poet from a rural northwest arkansas farm. they graduated from the university of arkansas with their bfa in studio art with a concentration in ceramics in 2023, and they currently live and work out of Spring, TX. they completed a residency with watershed center for ceramic arts as part of the funded assistantship program in 2022 and in 2023 took part in red lodge clay center's advanced student project network. they have exhibited nationally, ranging from touch at focus gallery in gainesville, fl to biomorphic idyll at queen city clay in cincinnati, oh as part of the 2023 nceca concurrent exhibitions.
